About Us
Kent & Kathy Hoopfer
Kent was born and raised in Stettler. He attended the local High School, William E Hay Composite High and graduated in 1999. Kent then attended Red Deer College to earn his Journeyman of Carpentry Ticket in 2003. Kent began officially working with his Dad at Hoopfer Construction at the age of 16 and became a partner in 2008. With the opportunity to work in every aspect of residential and commercial building, he gained exceptional skills in all areas of the Father/Son run Construction business. Kent is a dedicated family man raising his 2 children with his wife Kathy in Stettler. As his family grew, his energy and enthusiasm to begin a new chapter in his life also grew. Hoopfer Insurance Ltd. is an evolution of his entrepreneurial spirit and realization of a new dream for him and his family’s future. As the business expanded, Kathy left her position at the Stettler Hospital to join this amazing team, and assist in the everyday operations. Kathy grew up near the Village of Rockyford, where her love for community began. They've both been actively involved with their kids sports, are both active members of Gear Up Kids Foundation Stettler, Kent sits on the Stettler Imperials board, and Kathy on the IODE Stettler Board. Kent is a a Level Two (2) General Insurance Agent, while Kathy holds her level One (1), and manages the office.

Lorri Nattestad
Lorri is a proud born and raised Stettler gal. Hoopfer Insurance is thrilled to have Lorri's 27 years of Insurance expertise. Lorri has been working in the insurance business since 1993 and loves what she does. Outside of the office, Lorri loves her horses and is an avid curler. Stettler has always been her home and she is fortunate to have been able to raise her 2 children, Sydney & Davin, with her husband of 23 years Darrel in our community.
Kari Wilson
Kari also grew up in Stettler, and has a decade of experience in the insurance industry, offering valuable knowledge in farm and agriculture to our team. Outside of her professional life, she is raising her two children, Dayton and Jett, alongside her husband of 20 years Chad. In her free time, Kari loves curling, gardening, and is busy with her boys' sports and extracurricular activities.
